EDGE ENERGY MOVERS (4-6 YRS)
Smart obstacle courses weave cone sprints, balance bridges, hopscotch ladders; lightning-round relays pair parachute dashes with baton passes; bodyweight stations - squats, bear crawls, med ball slams - ignite agility, endurance, and keen body awareness.

EDGE PEAK MOVERS (7-9 YRS)
Dynamic body-weight circuits - push-ups, jump lunges, plank reaches - blend with resistance-band pulls, monster walks, and rapid-fire speed-ladder footwork to fortify strength, mobility, and reaction time, forging a solid athletic base for every sport.
